For the safety and fun of all our guests, please review our playground guidelines.

Important: Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.


  • Age Limit: Equipment is designed for ages 0–8. Please abide by all posted age recommendations on specific play items.
  • Socks Required: We are a "socks-only" facility! Socks must be worn by all children and adults in the play area at all times.
  • Dress for Play: Please remove shoes, loose clothing, jewelry, or sharp objects before entering.
  • Slide Safely: Slide one person at a time, sitting forward and going feet-first. Climbing up the slides is strictly prohibited.
  • Equipment Safety: Please do not climb or stand on the outside of any play equipment.
  • Play Gentle: Be respectful of others - no running, pushing, hitting, or rough play.
  • Keep Area Clear: No toys or personal items allowed inside the play area.
  • Food & Drinks: Snacks and beverages are restricted to designated seating area only.
  • Waiver Required: A signed waiver must be on file prior to entry.

Party Deposit & Rescheduling Policy

Because our team begins preparing for your celebration as soon as your party is booked, party deposits are non-refundable. However, we understand plans change! Your deposit can be fully applied toward rescheduling your event to a future date.


Membership & Play Passes

We love seeing our families play, laugh and connect at Jungle Land! Our memberships and play passes are designed to offer you the best value for ongoing fun. Please note that all membership and play pass sales are non-refundable and final.


Single-Day Admission

Single admission tickets are a one-time purchase, valid for one visit. For your flexibility, unused admission tickets do not expire—feel free to use yours on any day that fits your schedule!
